In the afternoon on 28th March, the first presidents conference which is also the the second session of the fist Council meeting and the opening ceremony
of Zhejiang University Institute of Public Administration Research Center, was successfully held in Liuying hotel. Related leaders of Zhejiang University and other leaders come form large state-owned assets management organizations including SAC of cities, Traffic Group, Products Group, Energy Group, and construction group attended this conference.
Institute of Public Administration Research Center for the state-owned assets of Zhejiang University is jointly established by Zhejiang University School of Public Administration and the provincial state-owned asset management association. Professor Cai Ning held the post of the director. The purpose to establish this centre is to further promote the cooperation between industries and universities, to deeply research management of state-owned assessments and
to offer practical managerial suggestions relying on strong teaching power of School of Public Administration. Professor Cai Ning would also lead his research to do trying study in the field in order to find proper policy for value keeping and adding of state-owned assets.
