The  International seminar of“Knowledge Innovation and entrepreneurial university”grandly opened at 9:00 on 4^th April in report room of Tianjia College. Famous Experts from Oxford University in Britain, University of Sheffield, South-ampton University, the University of Wisconsin and the University of Delhi, India. Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences, and other well-known institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions attended this seminar. President Yang wei, vice-director of education school Zhou Guping, director of NIIM Professor Wu xiaobo and Professor Xu xiaozhou of  the entrepre-neurial spirit institute, attended the opening ceremony and gave speeches.

   President Yang wei on behalf of Zhejiang University delivered the opening address. He introduced the history, achievements and current situation of Zhejiang University. He affirmed the achievements made by innovation and entrepreneurhip education and at the same time forecasted the brighter future of Zhejiang University. Director Xu Xiaozhou on behalf of "innovative management and susainable competitive edge research" base delivered his welcoming speech and presided over the seminar.

   Director Wu Xiaobo made a thematic speech entitled “Zhejiang University undergraduate innovation education strengthen classes projects”in which he specifically explained its Purpose, mission, curriculum, status, achievements, problems, and trends. As regards to the achievements of the innovation education projects, Professor Wu deeply analyzed the successful experiences and education model. The speech was much welcome by the attendees. At the end, Professor Wu specifically answered questions rised.
