Zijin Fifth Innovation Forum and appointment ceremony for venture mentors of Hangzhou Science and Technology Business Incubator were held in National University of Science and Technology Parks of Zhejiang University on June 28th, 2008 which jointly sponsored by the Hangzhou City Science and Technology Bureau, National University of Science and Technology Parks of Zhejiang University, NIIM, and Hangzhou City Science and Technology Business Incubation Association. The theme of the forum is "science and technology business incubators and venture mentor". The forum held appointment ceremony of venture mentors first. Eleven scholars and entrepreneurs were appointed as the first team of venture mentors of Hangzhou Science and Technology Business Incubator, who receiving great achievements in theory and practice of entrepreneurship and hoping to provide guiding, professional and practical guidance and service for science and technology medium-sized and small enterprises as well as business founders, such as Professor Chen Jin, vice president of the Institute of Public Management of Zhejiang University as well as First Deputy Director of NIIM, Zhu Min, Board Chairman of China Investment Co. Ltd., Hangzhou Green Group Chairman Sheng Lin, Tian Ning, president of Zhejiang Panshi Information and Technology Co., Ltd. and so on.
