On March 10 and 11 of 2011, Associate Professor Du Jian and Jin Jun from NIIM (ZJU) are invited to for a project seminar hosted by . Experts and researchers from , (), (), , of Sciences, , , Renmin University of China, take part in the seminar.

Projects on “Globalization and Innovation Management” and “Welfare and Social Innovation” have been explored and planned in-depth. In area of Globalization and Innovation Management, there are five projects. As a main member, ZJU has taken part in two of those projects, that’s, “Globalization Innovative Organization and Management” Project and “Interactive Study in Manufacturing and Innovation” Project. The projects are planned to finish in 3 years. The two sides will operate network cooperative mechanism research between developing countries and developed countries based on increasing overseas investment and globalization R&D situation.

Some issues on scholars exchange, international conference and training students' cooperation etc. also have been discussed based on functions of .

On the seminar, CICALICS International Conference and introduction of NIIM have been introduced. And invitations of the forthcoming GMC2011 have been given out orally. Several experts and scholars of and some other universities will attend the conference.
