On April 13, 2011, Inspector Liu Yanrong, Section Chief Shen Zhu from High-tech Department of National Development and Reform Commission, as well as Section Chief Wang Xiaoyu of High-tech Department of Zhejiang Development and Reform Commission visit NIIM.
