On April 13, 2011, famous venture investor Dr. Li Zongnan, a Chinese American, visits NIIM. Prof. Chen Jin, (Deputy Executive Dean of Undergraduate School of Zhejiang University and Vice Director of NIIM) and Associate Professor Jin Jun (School of Management) receive Dr. Li and his colleagues. Prof. Chen introduces development and achievements of School of Management on the aspect of characteristics, target localization, advantages, international cooperation and talent cultivation briefly.

Dr. Li Zongnan, a Chinese American, is a well-known venture investor who has plentiful experiences on areas of information industry, venture investment and innovation management over three decades. He started his career in high-tech industry after his graduation. He was served for Sperry Univac (now called Unisys), AT&T, Exxon and Xerox, in which, he was in charge of strategic planning, enterprise innovation and senior management. Then he becomes Chinese elite in American High-tech industry.
