Dr. Hamsa Thota, Chair of Innovation Business Development Inc., gives reports for teachers and students of NIIM

On Oct. 26, 2011, Dr. Hamsa Thota, Chair of Innovation Business Development Inc., and former chair of PDMA, gives a lecture on “Innovation Capability in 21^st century”. Prof. Guo Bin presides over the report.

Dr. Hamsa Thota introduces new product development and organization innovation practice from 1970s to 2010s. He takes Haier and BMW for example, tells 3 principles and 8 guidelines. Dr. Thota finally provides some possibility for cooperation of two sides in innovation area.

Through the exchange, teachers and students comprehend the application of innovation research in management consulting, which enlarges academic research field and vision.
