On Dec.13, 2011, Ceremony of new book Contemporary Zhejiang Scholars Collected Works： Xu Qingrui Volume is held in Zhijiang Restaurant, . Mr. Mao Linsheng, Provincial Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department, as well five writers of the volumes, Lei Yun, Xu Qingrui, Lu Lijun, Zhu Jialiang and Gu Yikang, attend the ceremony. The ceremony is presided over by Mr. Hu Jian, Vice Minister of Propaganda Department.

In the ceremony, five writers (Lei Yun, Xu Qingrui, Lu Lijun, Zhu Jialiang and Gu Yikang) propose their own view on cultural province construction. Mr. Mao Linsheng speaks highly of their achievements and encourages more social science experts to devote themselves to cultural province construction. Some other feasible suggestions are proposed in the ceremony.

Contemporary Zhejiang Scholars Collected Works are published by Zhejiang Propaganda Department, aimed to conclude innovation theoretical and practical results and spread scholars’ achievements.
