On May 29, Professor Simon Collinson, Fellow of the British Academy of SocialSciences and former Vice President of the University of Birmingham, was officially appointed Tsingshan Chair Professor of Zhejiang University and Professor of Zheiiang University School of Management. As a leader in the field of InternationalBusiness and" InnovationManagement, Professor SimonCollinson's appointment will provide a strong impetus to our ongoing efforts tobuild a word-class discipline of excellence

To welcome Professor Simon Collison, we held a warm welcome ceremony onthe roof garden of Building C. The ceremony was hosted by Professor Xiaobo WUDean of the School of Social Sciences of Zhejiang University, Executive Dean of Tsingshan Institute of Business Studies of Zhejiang University, and Professor of theSchoolof Managqement of Zheiiang University.
