From 11th to 13th of April, postdoctor Du Jian of NIIM accompanied the provincial Science and Technology Office deputy director Yue fei and his party to do investigation in Zhoushan and Ningbo.
During the investigation, the party investigated Zhejiang Sea’s group, Zhejiang sailed Group, the Institute of Shipping hinhai and other organizations. The party held some forums with technical directors of Zhejiang Jinying Group, sea Lik Sang Group, Zhoushan Industrial Company, Zhejiang sea water oil companies, and Xine magnetic Development Corporation.
The party made a deep investigation on the independent innovation situation in Zhejiang Haitian group and Ningbo Xinda Ltd. and held a forum with technical directors from 8 organizations which are Ningbo Haiwei group, Fangtai group, Tianan group, Yuejin Ltd., Yunqiao Ltd., Xuelong Automobile fans corporate, Qinyuan group, Jintian group in which they listened to the enterprises' introductions of the implementation, effectiveness and experiences of independent innovation. Than they engaged in lively discussion on the domestic and international environment of independent innovation as well as some existing problems. Doctor Du Jian also proposed some policiy suggestions targeting on how to promote enterprises’ independent innovation.
