At on 18th, April 2007, Professor Andrew from British Sheffield University Tylecote gave a brilliant report to the teachers and students in NIIM at 11th floor of ManagementCollege buliding, which was hosted by Professor Guobin.      
  Professor Andrew Tylecote was graduated from Oxford University, and now is the lecture professor of “Economics and technology transforming management” in Management College of Sheffield University. He is now interested in researching the relationship between Corporate governance &financing and technological transformation.
  Professor Andrew Tylecote introduced 4 typical corporate governance systems through making analysis and comparison among the representative countries. He also discussed the relationships between financing and cooperations under different systems. Besides, he expressed his distinctive thoughts in his description of Chinese situation. After the report, Professor Andrew answered questions from the audience with patient and humor. The report was ending in a hot and relax atmosphere.  
    During this visit, Professor Andrew communicated with Professor Wu and other professors on the mutual cooperation in areas of science research and personnel training as well as his visiting here for research.
