In the afternoon of 21st, April, professor Liu Zeyuan, the vice chairman of Chinese science and technology police research council and the director of “985” philosophy and social innovation base of science & technology ethics of Dalian Polytechnic University, paid a visit to NIIM by invitation. Professor Liu Zeyuan accompanied by Doctor Zheng Gang and Zhu Ling of NIIM happily visited the office space and research place of NIIM. He specifically grasped the basic situation of NIIM including its development process, the main research areas, the academic leaders and international academic exchanges, personnel training and so on. He expressed his appreciation to the achievements of NIIM in areas of science research and personnel training . Professor Liu Zeyuan wished a further communication and cooperation between the two bases as well as selecting and sending excellent talents to NIIM as visiting scholars to do postdoctoral research.
Professor Liu Zeyuan is a famous expert in science and technology management who serves as deputy director of 21 century development research center and meanwhile is the director of WISE LAB of Dailian Polytechnic University. His main research direction are science research and technology management, knowledge economics and knowledge management.
