In the afternoon of 14^th may, visiting professor Tan Jinsong made an academic report titled “"Lost Horizon : the theoretical and empirical analysis of the sociality model of Yunnan minority”, which aroused strong interests and warm reaction from teachers and students. Professor Tan introduced the researches done by some geography and anthropology scholars represented by Luoke on natural environment and minorities of Yuan Nan provice. His vivid photographic record bought a strong shock to the audience.

   Following that, Professor Tan introduced his research theme which is the “Kang ba” exchange relationship among Tibetan, Naxi ethnic and Lisu ethnic. This long lasting mutual benefit exchange relationship characteristic as irrationality might revel some basic logic of some human behavior. Professor Tan also explained transaction costs, resource dependence, social exchange, ethnic studies and other economics, sociology and anthropology theories included. Finally, he introduced his research design, data compilation and preliminary conclusions. The report ended in hot atmosphere. The Advanced Strategic Management doctoral courses hosted by Professor TAN Jinsong successfully ended.
