On May 29^th, Professor Ye-sho of American Louisiana State University visited NIIM and held friendly forum with director of NIIM, Professor Wu Xiaobo and director of the department of management science and engineering, Professor Liu Nian, etc. He also made a great report for students and teachers of management science and engineering.

 

Professor Chen is the lifelong professor of Louisiana State University, who has done a deep research on Chinese enterprises and culture.

 

In the morning discussion, both sides achieved consensus for future corporation on joint cultivation for graduate students and joint exploration on corporative projects. Both sides made commitment on keeping communication and promoting corporation.

 

Professor Chen made his report in the afternoon. In his report, he introduced the research he is devoting recently—The impact of Social responsibilities and Environment protection on innovation and entrepreneurship economy, which is briefly called SEED model. Professor Chen specifically introduced his research ideas and research model, illustrating by taking Kodak and Subway as examples. After his report, he conducted warm discussion with the present audience and patiently answered the raised questions.
