As one important aspect of Important Bid Project of National Social Science Fund "Research of the Road of Independent Innovation with Chinese Characteristics", the six-delegation of Academician Xu Ruiqing of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Professor Wu Xiaobo, Director of NIIM, Dr. Zheng Gang as well as graduates Dou Wei, Ren Zong Qiang, Bai Yun-Feng visited headquarters of Qingdao Haier Group during August 11-15. Yang Mianmian, president of Haier Group, Yu Zida, vice president, Liu Ning, director of Strategic Technology Department, Liu Zhenyu, director of R&D Department and Wu Hao and so on extended a warm reception and the research group.
During the visit, Academician Xu Qingrui and Professor Wu Xiaobo and so on discussed with the Haier Group to further strengthen strategic cooperation, and to build a new management post-doctoral workstations and the 2008 joint project of the ZhejiangUniversity – HaierJointResearchCenter "Innovation Management and Sustainable Competitiveness" and other issues. And the both sides carried out friendly exchanges and cooperation to achieve the intent.
