Many scholars and experts from inside and outside the province and principals of related government departments participated in the mid-term appraisal and experts consulting of the two projects. After listening to reports on the process of the two projects, scholars and experts who attended the conference fully confirmed the significance of the projects and the investigation achievements since projects had been approved, discussed actively about the real problems during the development of SMEs in our counry especially in Zhejiang Province. Academician Rao Fangquan，Director Jiang Taiwei, Dean Tang Lilu and other participates put forward many guiding opinions and suggestions which were beneficial for doing the research work of two projects.
Through the advisory and consulting conference, the groups of two projects further clarified the next direction and focus of the research work. All the leaders of governments and experts and scholars also put forward a number of recommendations and sound advices which were of great significance in guiding and reference value on two major issues. The groups were more confident in successful complementation of two major projects.
