During August 8 and 15 in 2010,professor Xu Qingrui, academician of Chinese Academician of Engineering, leads an in-depth investigation with doctor candidate Ren Zongqiang and postgraduate Chen Feng in Haier Group in Qingdao. They have a comprehensive and in-depth interview with president Yang Mianmian and executive vice-president Yu Zida of Haier Group.
On August 10, president Yang Mianmian and executive vice-president Yu Zida, on behalf of Haier Group, warmly welcome academician Xu Qingrui and his team. Academician Xu introduces the latest researches of innovation management research team of Zhejiang University on Chinese indigenous innovation way, indigenous innovation capability, etc., and discusses with president Yang and vice-president Yu on portfolio innovation, mechanism of innovation capability leverage and high-involvement innovation of Haier Group. President Yang introduces individual-order combination development pattern and asks academician Xu for some helpful suggestions to solve the problems they faced in carrying out individual-order combination development pattern. And she also hopes academician Xu to help Haier Group to be the enterprise which cultivates entrepreneur. Finally, both sides hope to have further cooperation to make “Zhejiang University-Haier Group Combination Center” more valid. Executive vice-president Yu introduces how to realize individual-order combination development pattern in R&D institution and invite academician Xu and his team to conduct an in-depth research for Haier Group on implementing individual-order combination development pattern in advanced research department.
During August 11 and 15, academician Xu and his team separately interview with Han Zhendong, minister of organization of Haier Group committee of CPC, minister Shi of strategy department, planning minister Song Shujiao of technology department of Haier Group, Zhang Limei, principal of Haier University, etc. and communicate on high-involvement innovation, training system, implementation of individual-order combination development pattern in Haier Group. They also conduct field study in Haier, such as Engineering & Molds Center. Minister Han Zhendong introduces how Haier take quality serious based on his own experience, which impresses Academician Xu and his team. Minister Song Shujiao shows and introduces in detail three tables of individual-order combination development pattern: benefit table, OEC table and reward table. Principal Zhang Limei presents training system and object for all levels in Haier.
The latest development of Haier Group is mastered and further cooperation is agreed through the survey in by Academician Xu and his team.
