On April 13, 2011, Prof. Wu Xiaobo, Deputy Executive Dean of School of Management and Director of NIIM, meets Vice President of Denmark Universe Foundation Peter J. Andreassen in NIIM. The two sides discuss the details in operating the mutual project “Suitable for Growth”.

“Suitable for Growth” Project, sponsored jointly by The Global Fund and Ministry of Science and Technology of Denmark, aims to stimulate the development of Danish enterprises in developing countries. And The Global Fund is a nonprofit organization founded by Danfoss Company. It has global R&D labs for researching on learning, learning program, learning model in order to promote learning capability and performance of organizations.

Before the talks, Vice President Andreassen visits NIIM and grasps some information of it. Then he invites Prof. Wu and other professors of NIIM to take part in this project. To some degree, the project will promote the international research, quality of education, and research results’ global impact. In the future, the two sides will begin some other cooperation together with Copenhagen Business School on jointly educating Ph.D.
