On May 5, 2011, Prof. Wei Jiang (Assistant of President of School of Management, Vice Director of NIIM and Director of Service Industry Development Research Center) and Mr. Fan Chun (Section Chief of Hangzhou Service Industry Section) preside an expert reasoning conference of Zhejiang University-Hangzhou Government Service Industry Development Research Center.
