On Nov.18, 2011, Prof. Wu Xiaobo, Deputy Executive Dean of of and Director of NIIM, Associate Professor Shou Yongyi, Associate Professor Zhou Weihua, Associate Professor Jin Jun and Associate Professor Ye Chunhui attend GRIID held b IDRC in , .

In the seminar, IDRC Official Ms. Heloise Emdon introduces main concept, research subject and concentration on inclusiveness development and innovation. Prof. Susan Cozzens introduces GRIID Project. The participants provide more than 10 feasible research suggestions. Associate Professor Shou Yongyi, Associate Professor Zhou Weihua, and Associate Professor Jin Jun take part in group discussion, and offer some thoughts and ideas. The seminar creates some possibilities for two sides on cooperation.

The seminar is presided over by Ms. Ineke Buskens. More than 100 experts take part in the seminar.
