On Oct. 31, 2011, a seminar between Aalborg University and NIIM has been held in Zijingang Campus, Zhejiang University. Representatives from Aalborg University, Zhejiang University, Supcon Co. and Insigma Co. attend the seminar. Associate Professor Jin Jun presides over the seminar.

Prof. Wu Xiaobo (Deputy Executive Dean of School of Management and Director of NIIM) and Prof. Wei Jiang (Assistant of Dean of School of Management and Vice Director of NIIM) show warmly welcome for Denmark delegation.

Associate Professor Astrid Heidemann Lassen firstly introduces Aalborg University and seeks possibility of cooperation. Assistant Professor Dimitrij Slepniov strengthens the potential cooperation areas between China and Europe. Then Rikke Matthiesen and Anders Vestergaard introduce some projects such as manufacturing 2025 and Project innodoors.

Prof. Wu then shows his opinion on cooperation between the two sides. Prof. Wei Jiang introduces beautiful Hangzhou, beautiful ZJU and spirited School of Management. Prof. Wei and Dr. Jiang Shisong give a report on “Ownership and visibility： industrial technological catching-up in transitional China”.

Denmark delegation is impressed by research results, characteristics, and vibrant research group of NIIM and shows the intention in substantive cooperation with NIIM in the future.
