On Dec. 6 to 9 of 2011, four master students (Zhao Xiaoting, Li Fei, Liu Fang and Wang Chengchao) from NIIM are invited to IEEM 2011 in Singapore, and give reports on their research.

More than 500 experts from nearly 50 countries take part in IEEM 2011. There are more than 700 papers, which include subjects on decision analysis and method, e-commerce, project economy and cost analysis, project management, quality control and management, global manufacturing and management, service innovation and management, supply chain management, technology and knowledge management, system modeling and simulation, intelligent system, etc. Papers of IEEM 2011 have been published by IEEE, and will be elected by EI series.

During the period of the symposium, the students exchange ideas with many other experts and scholars in same and different research areas. Through presentation in the symposium and communications with others, the students strengthen themselves in scientific research accomplishment and professional level.

IEEM 2011 helps enlarge international vision of students and communicate with experts in innovation and management research area; meanwhile, international academe will know more about School of Management and NIIM of Zhejiang University.
