Invited by Prof. Brian Vejrum Waehrens of Aalborg University, Dr. Wu Dong of NIIM visits Department of Business Administration and exchanges with the main researchers of the department. Dr. Wu Dong introduces the situation of School of Management and NIIM of Zhejiang University.

During his stay in Aalborg University, he visits several professors, researchers and PH.D., and says merry Christmas to them on behalf of School of Management, ZJU. Dr. Wu introduces a method in business model innovation and a detailed design example for the group who are promoting a global SOS commercial insurance design. Then he exchanges with the Ph.D. students and master students about Aalborg University’s unique question-oriented research situation.

Dr. Wu Dong also visits some power plants, port facilities construction and old factory Loft reconstruction project of Aalborg. He takes part in case study of Dynaudio (a famous audio equipment company of Denmark) and sees its manufacturing shops and operation procedures.

At the end of the visit, School of Management of ZJU and Department of Business Administration of Aalborg University sign an agreement on exchanging plan of researchers in 2012, which helps promote substantive cooperation on manufacturing management research of the two sides.
