Enlarged meeting of Provincial Party Committee is held in Zhejiang Great Hall of the People. Mr. Zhao Hongzhu, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, presides over the conference, and officials from Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Congress, Provincial Government, Provincial People’s Political Consultative, Provincial People's Court and Provincial Procuratorate attend the conference.

Director Zhang Mengjin of provincial Governmental Advisory Committee and other 8 experts in the group report on “Several Major Problems Research on Zhejiang Sustainable Development”.

The project is held by provincial Governmental Advisory Committee, which focuses on way and path of Zhejiang development in next 20 years. The research group proposes several suggestions on speeding up innovative province construction, realizing Zhejiang Sustainable Development etc. The project is given a positive reply by Mr. Zhao Hongzhu, Mr. Xia Baolong and other officials.

Prof. Chen Jin, Deputy Executive Dean of Undergraduate School of Zhejiang University and Vice Director of NIIM, is the penner of this project. On Dec. 28, He gives a report on “Strengthening Human Capital Accumulation and Leveraging Technology Innovation Capability” on the conference.
